config.yml has link to image that no longer exists

Describe the bug

On line 115 of config.yml a screenshot is referenced. However the link is from discord and they no longer provide permanent static file hosting and as such the url doesn't work.

To Reproduce

Goto line 115 of config.yml and click the link.

Expected behaviour

I'd see a screenshot showing "a black box during the cooldown sequence"
