Sorry for bothering you, I'm having a little website problem. I don't know how to set up a website with "hosting", "password", "apikey", "production".

You can use a free web hosting service like 000webhost.
As for how to add the credentials, there is an example in the repository itself.

EDIT: Also there are documentation for every function marked in multi lined comments. You can check that for further info.

What site do I need to upload?

The "Website" directory is provided by GiampaoloFalqui, what should be edited?
I see also need https://github.com/authy/authy-php, then what do I need to upload my web from this github?
