Add unit tests for tiles2gpkg_parallel.py #8
Description
tiles2gpkg_parallel.py needs the following additional unit test coverage:
- build_lut
- tests involving differing tile origins
These new unit tests should be added to Testing/test_tiles2gpkg.py
