Flip Phone front display - motorola razr 40 not working

Hi,
I tried to get the dialer to display an incoming call on the front display of the motorola razr 40. Regardless of witch rights I grant for the app, the incoming call is not displayed. I have no clue, how motorola implemented this - so maybe it needs direct support for motorola Flip phones?

We don't have a similar device to test the work right now. Perhaps it is configured somewhere in the operating system.
