Project factory service account is missing project creator role?

Hi team, We are using resman-pf-0 service account in project factory stage to provision projects .

But as we checked in resman stage, that service account is not configured to assign this Project Creator role to create projects ?

Are we making any mistakes here? What service account should be used in this project factory stage?

any help of this would be appreciated.

Can you provide some info? Which FAST version, where are you trying to create projects, etc.

Cloud Foundation Fabric version V43.0.0
Terraform version 1.13.1

Unlike the default team based hierarchy in Cloud Foundation Fabric, We would like to setup our Org hierarchy is based on Environments at the top.
for example,
Dev, test, Prod at the top level folders and

Business Units folders like BU1, BU2 folders comes under the top level folders

We are trying to create projects under the respective Business Unit folders
