Recreate the release GKE cluster #2509
Description
Currently, the latest release / demo deployment runs in an old GKE Standard cluster. With the latest release, we're having some issues with the adservice similarly to what we were seeing with the PRs cluster (#2418). We should recreate the release cluster using Autopilot (and a much more recent version of Kubernetes) as well. This should be added to the Terraform scripts as well.
