根据教程设定的IP127.0.0.1，端口9999，但是打开127.0.0.1:9999的时候显示404 page not found
软件解析链接可以正常下载东西，但是想装浏览器插件让它接管下载
可能问题有点蠢，但是找了好久都没找到答案
