Show release notes for app updates

Currently, there is no way to see release notes for app updates inside the GrapheneOS app repository. It would be nice and convenient to be able to read what is new directly inside the app repository.

This is already supported in Apps, but the corresponding metadata is currently not present in app repo.

What needs to happen to add that metadata? Can this be done by community or only the GOS members could do that? Any instructions, if the former? It would be much more convenient to have that right in the Apps, so that the user can see what's changed right upon getting the update notification.
