I often see Graphene OS prompt “we recommend this,” but there’s no official reference on the website, nor is there an in-device setup flow to guide you. Core security settings are buried deep in the menus—so deep that users may not even realize they’re disabled—and it’s hard to know which options to enable for maximum protection. A dedicated onboarding experience (both on the site and during first-boot) with a checklist of recommended configurations would make securing the device far more approachable.
