make contributing translations easier

Contributors are required to manually update JSON files in /src/main/resources/lanuages. Inlang could be used to provide translators a UI, get more contributions (and in the future) validate translations, see the CLI. No workflows would need to change as inlang is built on git. Contributions open a PR like they normally would.

Could inlang be helpful for grasscutters? I am the maintainer and could open a PR to add a config file (the only requirement)
