error code 0xc000007b + four missing .dll files

hi there, i recently have been trying to work on cd cover scans and heard gmic was a great option for descreening / moire removal. however, upon starting gimp after a fresh install of both gimp (.exe installer from official website) and gmic (.exe installer from official website), i come across the following error:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click Ok to close the application.

when i find the gmic_gimp_qt.exe file and execute it to see why, i come across four missing .dll files (libjpeg-8.dll, libgimp-3.0-0.dll, zlib1.dll, libgimpbase-3.0-0.dll) under the following message format:

The code exection cannot proceed because XYZ.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

initially, i let gmic install in the standard C:/.../AppData/Roaming/GIMP/3.0/plug-ins path from the installer but it didn't work. i attemped to move it to the other plug-ins folder at C:/.../AppData/Local/Programs/GIMP 3/lib/gimp/3.0/plug-ins which also did not work and led to the first error above.

i am currently running gimp 3.0.6 and gmic 3.6.6. currently running windows 11 on ARM, if that helps at all.

I guess that ARM is the issue. We don't provide binary versions of the plug-in for ARM architectures.
I'm even a bit surprised the installer succeeded without errors.
