Adhere to strict eslint checks #28
Description
Change the following in eslint.config.mjs:
reactPlugin.configs.recommended.rules=>reactPlugin.configs.all.rules
Tries this after fixing the linting and adding in React but was too heavy of a
lift at the time. I understand too little about React at this moment in time to
adequately implement these.
