How can I run fathom-MKL based on hg38?

Hi!
How can I run fathom-MKL based on hg38?
I found a database based on hg38 (https://zenodo.org/record/3981121#.YFQ9Wi9c41I), but the result shows that it doesn’t fit or I’m doing something wrong.

now my results look like this:

The README.md states:

Note: the database index file must be created before running our script. If this has not been created, your output will contain "No Prediction Found" for all variants!

Perhaps you did not create the mentioned database index file?
