launching hexrdgui

I loaded some TARDIS IPs, warped them and did some backgound subtraction and masking, saved the state and quit hexrdgui and then tried to launch it again to start analyzing a different dataset and I have a bunch of errors:

and now I can't do anything with the LLNL Import Tool. Can you help me figure out what I did wrong?

I just realized that only the first error message came up when I loaded hexrdgui... the rest appeared when I tried use the LLNL import tool. In the instrument panel these 'Configure Panel Buffer' buttons are showing up grey and I suspect I need to use them select the right image plate outline, but I don't have a NumPy arrary or Border dimensions.

@amylazicki For a quick fix, if you are starting the GUI from the command line, can you try starting it with --ignore-settings? That would hopefully be a quick fix for now.

No problem. I am still going to fix this issue anyways soon so that we hopefully do not need to do that.
