Qt >= 6.8 causes Mac to crash #1931
Description
If we use Qt >= 6.8 on Mac, a crash occurs as soon as you try to load a state file.
From the crash logs, it appears to be something related to threading in Qt.
This issue does not occur in Qt 6.7 or less. We are pinning macos to use Qt <= 6.7 for now, until this issue is fixed.
