Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I looked at the website and wanted to add one issue that I always face.  If I enter the term "food security"  It does not capture all the grants that I know are out there.  But it also lists grants that seem like nothing to do with food security.  But If I enter, "food" that is not much better either.  If I put in "food security"  and not check USDA, then that's way too many results.

If I want to find grants that support solar projects on a farm, that crosses over between USDA and Dept of Energy.  But that result does not even list the REAP grants.  It is like you have to search 20 different ways to find what you are looking for.

Drilling down in the search functionality is an issue, for me.
