Summary

Include a note before the code is being discussed to have the user install the TSP plugin for VScode
Explain the unchanged routes.tsp first then walk through the updates the guide is having the developer make
Re-structure the beginning to have 3 different paths through the guide, run quick, full understanding, run then understand

Acceptance criteria

The above updates are complete
