Summary

Create an example CommonGrants API for Pennsylvania grants using the FastAPI template (#102).

Acceptance criteria

  • The example API uses the Express JS template
  • The CommonGrants API has at least 3 custom fields from the grants.ca.gov opportunity model
  • When changes are made to this example a CI check runs that triggers cg check spec on the APIs specification.
