I testet your app and I had to remember, that I have to install the certificate first. Its annoying. Therefor I use the Innosetup Installer. But also with certification..

I like this marquee text. The default behavior for me should be bouncing with a pause time (definable) before starting to scroll. then scrolling to end, bounce to start and wait again, because the start of the text is more important then the rest.

That's why I put a SideloadReadme.md in the zip. I will look into how to automate this, if possible

And for the marquee text effect,

Do you mean something like this but add a property for pausing time when the marquee text finished moving to one end?
