Re-add PACU model

• store in mlflow?
• add column to front-end

• re-add medical history (LDA topic modelling vs simpler ICD10?)
• re-train a model that produces good predictions
• store and retrieve model from mlflow (I now know how to do this)
• add column + colour-coding to rows based on whether patients should be flagged for further review

we should probably close the other and hold this one

Ah - if that issue is being closed:

I'd started this (not on FlowEHR or HySys) with a system that allows very quick change of model selection in this branch.

The relevant lines of code are here.

The predictions aren't great but it does work. branch hrishee/abacus which has essentially the same code (except with an xgboost model) is running on gae08:8343 now.
