Support of Smarty extends tag and Template-Files of 3rd-Party-Themes

• 1. add Autocomplete feature for smarty Tag {extends file="parent:[tpl-Path]"}
• 2. add Support for Themes from PlugIn i.e. i've installed the Bootstrap Theme by Conexco (is an legacy Plugin) which have Themes located under engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Frontend/SwfResponsiveTemplate/Themes/ these Theme/Template-Files are not part of autocomplete and there is no Way to navigate through them

@viosys Are there any common template structures, that indicates this theme as a template folder?

A Theme.php or other classes that extends "Shopware\Components\Theme" in a given folder are known as a template right now.
