Is this system wallpaper manager or live wallpaper mode?

After further testing it seems to that the Live Auto Wallpaper works as intended, everything else is bugged in landscape mode.

If it's system wallpaper manager, then there is nothing much I can do about it. It's up to the system framework to deal with it. I checked live wallpaper mode doesn't zoom, but it basically retains its aspect ratio, leaving a huge black bars around the wallpaper. This can be fixed.
