[Bug] [Medium] "You are not close enough" message for radius channels does not consider vanish

Bug Description:

When speaking in a radius channel (ie a local chat), it typically states that "You're not close enough to anyone to send a message" if the player is not near any players. However, if there is a vanished/hidden player, it does not send that error to the player.

What is not working as it should?

Radius-based channel audiences.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Carbon and Vanish Plugin
2. Setup a Radius Channel with any radius
3. Vanish and send a message on an alt account
