Bug: Selecting period for "Top 10 contributors" list doesn't work

Summary

Clicking on "for the past week" or "for the past month" in the "Top 10 contributors" section doesn't cause any changes, but causes an error in the console.

Reproduction steps

1. Open https://friends.hexlet.io/
2. Click on "for the past week" or "for the past month" in the "Top 10 contributors" section.

Expected result

1. The selected option should be highlighted somehow.
2. The list of contributors should probably change.
3. No errors in the console.

Actual result

1. Nothing changes on the page.
2. There is the following error in the console:
