Unmaintained dependency `actionlint`

The dependency is being used by brew test-bot --only-tap-syntax at a step where brew cleanup actionlint is beeing used.

So first problem is that the dependecy is not maintained and the seconds that it doesn't support GitHub Enterprise. So on GHES there are different actions available / not deprecated compared to the public github.com server.

I don't have an alternative.

What makes you say it's not maintained? I don't really see an indication for that. It's been a couple months since the last release, but there is no warning and it's not archived.

Which actions are you referring to? If it's the artifact ones, you're supposed to use @v3-node20 on GHES which shouldn't be marked as deprecated by actionlint. GitHub doesn't really document the existence of that version very well so it's easily missed. Regular v3 uses node16, which I think should be emitting warnings in the GitHub Actions UI starting from GHES 3.14.
