When importing FMUs they should get signal type if they only have signal ports

C-type and Q-type should only be used when an XML file for TLM specifications is provided.

Well almost done, it works now BUT I think it would actually be possible to figure out C or Q type automatically by looking at what variables are defined as inputs or outputs in the FMU. But I dont have time to code that right now.
