Make it possible to setup and store default plots in a model

It will be like using a sink but without the clutter in the model.
If you define it once, you can use the plot later on even if you have closed the model.
(The data in the plot should not be saved only the plot variables and plot settings)

This has been requested again. There are buttons in the plot window for saving/loading to/from XML, but they are disabled. The code is still there but disabled. We should try to make this work again.
