Still plays a shutter sound when configured not to

Expected behavior

Silence, when taking a photo.

Actual behavior

Tella plays a shorter, but still perceivable shutter sound when taking a photo while configured not to produce a shutter sound.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Disable shutter sound in settings.
2. Take a photo.
3. Shutter sound is played (different from regular, but just minimally shorter and very noticeable)

Additional information

Tested on a Xiaomi Mi 9 under Android 11.
