Cant publish spoke room Network Error: 422 Unknown Error. Possibly a CORS error.

Have been trying to publish a room to hubs via spoke and have hit the following issue:

Failed to fetch "https://hubs.mozilla.com/api/v1/projects/DQkeSE4/publish" Cause: Network Error: 422 Unknown Error. Possibly a CORS error.

I have tried different web browsers (chrome, safari, edge) and am not using any sort of VPN yet I continue to hit this issue. This occurs when I try to publish any room as well (even the prefab ones). I am not a web developer specialist (as you can probably tell...) so any insights or assistance would be appreciated! and no I am not using a VPN

Edit: Somehow creating a new spoke account resolved this. Otherwise system config was the same. Any ideas on how account specific config may cause this issue?
