A thread to maintain list of hardware configuration that won't work on hyprland.

This is a way to accept these facts and moved on. This is the opposite of prasanthrangan/hyprdots#116. Please add your setup on that thread,😆.

The list may include:

• Hyprland do not launch at all
• Bad experience
• Only works as legacy renderer

Hey try Nvidia-open driver instead of dkms. I don't know if there are implications between open and dkms but manpages said it is recommended for turing architecture.

If this is not a turing arch devices maybe we can fix it with nouveau somehow?

Can you still open your TTY?

i tried with both drivers, at first sddm would come up, but wouldn't login, nor show the user
on second try and other tries it was just black screen

i could open TTY

i should mention i can open gnome with the same device(tho there was no gnome installed when installing hyde)

i did attempt to use intel's integrated GPU as well, black screen still

Can you run hyprland in the tty? There's a chance this might work, you might have used the wrong session. Choose Hyprland instead of Hyprland (Uwsm-manage)

that seems to work, sorry for the false alarm

but now i have to open tty everytime i turn-on the device, do you know how i can change that?
this was not the case when i tried in my other system, don't know why it's happening here

Hola, yo si hablo español, perdón por llegar tarde, el archivo se llama "userpreference.conf" usas esto

}

Con esto te va a permitir usar tanto inglés como español útil si también programas en inglés como yo, cualquier duda avísame!
