I've noticed an issue: every time I restart my computer, the mouse cursor style reverts to the default. It only returns to normal after reloading the theme.
I'm using the Bibata-Modern-Ice theme, which should be white. However, after every restart or boot, the mouse cursor turns black. I don't know what this black cursor style is called. When I reload the theme, it reverts to the Bibata-Modern-Ice style.
