Hello,
I tried followed your project, with no success
can you publish same implementation with let say C++ or C# ?
and how you use outside libraries, in your project ?

most interesting, how you solved the the cursive (connected) character handwritten segmentation

Have a look at C++ implementation for Handwritten text recognition I found on git

The algorithm is described briefly in the README.md and has research papers attached for your reference
