try tfswitch and asdf

What's the issue?

• it sems tfswitch has a benefit to be compatible with terraform {} block setting
• another one: asdf

Definition of Done

• try tfswitch and come up with how to install both tfswitch and tfenv together if it's worthy to try.

Since I've finished POC using tfenv and applied into the daily practice. The priority of tfswitch and asdf became lower.

btw. you can also use tenv that support Terraform as well as OpenTofu (and Terragrunt :) ) in one tool. It allow you to simplify version management and can do much more, than tfswitch.
