[Teams page] Include image(s) of people with disabilities

Summary

Great suggestion from Phill Jenkins for the updated /design site launching ahead of Think 2019:

I would also like to approach the design launch team to include some pictures of individuals who have visible disabilities so the image the site communicates is inclusive, inclusive of designers with disabilities.

It looks like the Teams page would be a great place to add an image or two of folks with a disability.

Justification

We're promoting diversity and inclusion on that page. It's great place (and easy way) for IBM to make a statement (visually) around our support for people with disabilities (PwDs).

@jnm2377 I can ask. I know they have IBMers on their team with other abilites, but not sure they have ever been photographed on brand or aligned with the updated design Language. This is something we need to put as high priority in the backlog to focus on capturing and being a part of the goal of continual capture of real IBMers and less of stock images.

Speaking for the a11y team, I'm not aware of any pics - at least not that have the same look and feel of the pics currently on the Teams page. I went through DAM and grouped some pics into a collection, but they didn't have much to choose from there either. I'll check around the team to see if anyone has anything.
