Kale should support additional languages

Kale was written to support different languages, but currently the only language that we have output messages for is English. We should look into generating messages for the other language files.

Could you display English as a fallback language. It's a bit ridiculous when you are typing

to see this output
Je ne parle pas franτais
If you could simply display the help in English that would be way better.
