More util scripts?

I have a few scripts which I actually used for more than one study so far. So I was wondering if it's worth to add them to idr-utils.

Case: Frances adjusts a lot of rendering settings on the pilot. And there's no obvious pattern (dataset or image name) for these images.

• export_renderingsettings.sh Exports the renderings settings of all images as <dataset name>,<image name>.yml files.
• import_renderingsettings.sh Can be used to apply these rendering settings again, ie. on idr-next.

Case: Images with a specifc name pattern need custom rendering settings.

• find_images.py Prints out image name and image id of images which match a certain regular expression. Here's an example how I used it for idr0108: set_renderingsettings.txt

Another common tasks which could made easier by a generalised util script:

• Adding custom annotation, for example link to notebook idr0113-bottes-opcclones/scripts/add_notebook_link.py
