See https://github.com/will-moore/idr0167-li-cellcyclenet/pull/1 which has changes that aren't yet in the IDR branch.
This script could be useful elsewhere when submitters send us OME-Zarr Images and Label-images separately.
The script moves labels under images and creates the correct structure.
