Give credit to dataset authors

We have a datasets README to give credit to the authors of the different dataset, but for the moment we have very limited information. We should also mention their corresponding license.

For the bikes dataset we may need the reference from @glemaitre.

The bike dataset are my own file so no need for any credit.

Beyond giving credit, it would still be nice to document the origin of the data. That would make it clearer that we have the right to use it.

I don't think that adding the license on the top of the CSV will be nice since it will make it more difficult to read the file.
