netbox 3.3 - interface connections are now an array rather than a dict (breakout port support)

needs updating for netbox 3.3 where interface connections (rt's equivilant of remote device) is now an array of dicts, rather than a dict. this is due to multiple connections being possible. need to test to see if changes are needed (most likely are)
