CIDRs and ports are missing in jobs overview

In the view /icingaweb2/x509/jobs a column for the CIDRs and ports are missing for a quick glance to find the right job from a problematic host,ip,port triplet. As now it requires to open every job and click on Ändere / Update to find the job that the host is included in.

More details of the jobs are visible in the jobs overview.

This would help, for example, in findig the job a host, which is impacted by #239, is included in.
