New donator perk: Extra festival #805
Description
Donator tier 1: Allow a donator to have 2 active ILP festivals at the same time.
Donator tier 2: Allow a contributor to have 3 active ILP festivals going at the same time.
Works well with high ascension wealthy players, spend more gold on ILP for festivals to increase ILP value.
Would be nice if there was a text display here in the premium tab for quick reference if you have a festival active, and a way to display for donators they have the ability to use more festivals. Something like Festivals (12) Your Festivals (0/1)
