Add example usage of NK_BUTTON_DOUBLE

Although every demo implements some kind of NK_BUTTON_DOUBLE support, none of the examples shows it's usage, neither does the library use it anywhere internally. Searching for it literally shows nothing. There should be at least one small example, so we can properly test the double-click behavior.
