Admin interface

As an admin I want to be able to view the status of and manage my instance easily using a nice ui.

The information displayed could be:

• The number of feeds
• The number of articles in the system
• The number of users / The number of monthly active users
• The time of the next run of the garbage collector / feedparser
• Information about all users
• The last 100 lines of the log

To manage the instance, one could:

• Reset the passwords of users
• Remove users / ban users
• Ban feeds
