UI for quiz pages

As you guys know, this website will have a quiz component, where people learning will answer questions of various formats. While the backend for the website doesn't really exist yet, it will have one in the future.

This issue will track the creation of the quiz pages and all related components.

Question types include (not a finalized list and each can be a different pull request if needed):

• Multiple choice questions
• Numerical answer questions

Even though there is no backend right now, the question components should be created in a way that they can be easily modified to fetch data from some backend.

I would like to take this up. Just to be clear, I have to create a component which will render the questions as Multiple Choice Questions and Numerical Answer Questions? Or an entire page? And where in the src will this be?

@rarchitgupta It will be an entire page. Or you could work on a question component. Either is fine, this is a big issue so one person probably won't do all of it at once.

@arnavb I've made some very simple components. Since I haven't imported them onto a separate page, I'm uploading an image for a preview. Let me know if I can add / change anything. I've submitted a pull request
