Does not cover all shields.io badge URLs

The following image URLs are valid but not recognized by this lib:
- https://img.shields.io/david/bennyn/coinbase-pro-node.svg (can be fixed by adding ".svg" at the end)
- https://img.shields.io/github/languages/top/bennyn/coinbase-pro-node (pattern "github/languages/top" is not supported at all)
