Quand on crée un document à partir du bouton + d'un rapport, le bouton "Sauvegarder" enregistre le doc dans la liste des documents de la base de stockage mais ne le rattache pas directement à la rubrique.
Il faut le rechercher pour le rajouter à la rubrique.
