In order to do some cool job when we start a service, we should be able from a shell script to ask to onyxia-api the list of the current deployed apps by package name.

Knowing the list of spark cluster can improve the UX inside zeppelin or jupyter
Knowing the list of postgres can improve the UX inside pgadmin etc..
