Good afternoon.

I opened a Pull request for the issue #1 , although rethinking this Im going to open a new repo and delete the fork I made, since ESET already developed a .desktop context menu with more advance settings. Issue is that they are not installing those for KDE5, only KDE4 and KDE3. Good news is that those .desktop files work on KDE5.

New repo will include a fix to install those official .desktop files.
