[BUG]Can't rename "Mirador viewer" block

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?

• Add the mirador viewer block to the site. The title of the block is "Mirador Viewer".
• Use the block configuration page to change the name of the block to somethign else, e.g. "Book Viewer".
• See that the title remains "Mirador Viewer", even after cache is cleared.

This is likely caused by this line: 1b1c312#diff-0fb1846207aee389ead2a8af4711c6ecb05bb5ff4aa30738015902eb7002838dR113

• What did you expect to happen?
  I expect that a public-facing title can be edited by admins.
