[FEATURE] Allow for custom separator support during manual import

What do you want to be added or improved?

As a user I want to be able to set custom separators during a manual csv import. i.e. to pass in a text file that doesn't use commas as separators and instead uses another symbol e.g semi-colons, tabs, colons, pipes or spaces.

Why do you need it?

• It would allow for easier importation.
• Excel already by default uses tabs as the delimiter when copying cells to a text editor so this would make migration from an Excel spreadsheet easier.

How do you imagine it?

Delimiter selector in the csv import page before/after the file has been selected
